摘　　要：实验动物质量关系到实验结果的可靠性、准确性和可重复性及实验人员的安全性。结合本中心多年来在SPF级动物繁育生产及设施改造使用过程中的经验,探讨了SPF级动物生产中通过对生产设施环境指标、人流、物流和动物流的控制,严格的消毒及完善的管理制度和标准操作规程建立与实施,从而确保了实验动物的质量,实现了SPF级动物生产过程中质量的控制。The quality of laboratory animals in relation to reliability, accuracy and repeatability of the experimental results. Combined with the actual, the SPF animal in the process of production through control of the facilities environment technology index, people, logistics and animal flow, the strict disinfection, establish and implement of perfect management system and the standard operating procedures, which has ensured the quality Of experimental animals and realized quality control of the SPF animal.
