摘　　要：主要针对挤压方式生产18Ni异型管过程中产生的尾端凹陷、表面缺陷等质量问题以及影响生产效率的"粘模"现象进行分析讨论,在工艺上制定了相应的改进措施并在生产过程中逐一实施,最终取得了较好的效果。This article analyzes the quality problems of 18Ni profiled tubes such as pits on the end of the tube and surface defects caused during the hot extrusion process and mould sticking which affects the production effi-ciency. We proposed the measures of improvement and carried them out during the production process with good re-sults.
