摘  要:研究了运用ICP-OES法(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法)测定微碳铬铁中的铝元素,试验通过对铝元素分析谱线的选择、酸度的影响、干扰情况消除等方面进行讨论,并对仪器测量条件进行优化。对标准样品进行加标回收试验,回收率在99.5%~101%之间。进行准确度和精密度试验,测量结果与认定值相符,相对标准偏差<0.5%。A method for determination of aluminium in extra low carbon Ferrochrome by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry was presented. The experiment studied element wavelength of aluminium, acidity and interference conditions, and optimized operation parameter. Under the optimum analytical conditions for a standard sample spiked recovery test, the recovery rate reached between 99.5%and 101%. For accuracy and precision test, the test results showed that the analysis results were in conformity with certified values, and the rela-tive standard deviation was less than 0.5%.
