摘 要:针对锅炉送、引风机变频改造后风机运行状态切换时炉膛压力波动大的问题,采用多模态控制方法重新定义了风烟系统的特征变量,提出了应用于变频改造后炉膛压力控制回路中的智能前馈控制算法,根据特征变量判断系统工况,自动切换不同的控制算法调整送风对炉膛压力控制回路的前馈值,实现了控制模式无扰切换,保证风烟系统在各种工况下都能安全稳定运行,并介绍了控制算法的应用效果。Considering boilers forced and induced draft fan frequency transformation switching between multiple complex conditions, the application of multimodal control method to redefine the characteristic variables of the flue gas system, intelligent feedforward con trol algorithm is proposed which is applied to the frequency eoverter furnace pressure control loop. According to the characteristic varia bles automatically switching between different control algorithm, air furnace pressure control loop feedforward control mode could be bumplessly switched to ensure the flue gas system in a variety of working condition with a safe and stable in operation, and the applica tion of the effect of the control algorithm is described.
