摘  要:为满足特性复杂电网的全景仿真需求,综合考虑区域输、配电网的规划及运行特点,基于"云计算"技术,以业务应用为导向,采用资源共享、协同维护,跨单位、跨专业的应用架构,开发了以场景定值为核心的输、配电网全景仿真实验平台。应用结果表明:依据业务应用需求构建电力系统"仿真业务云"(Power System Simulation Business Cloud,PSSB-C),能够在线、高效地满足各业务应用部门的全景仿真需求,全景仿真平台实现了对大规划、大运行体系的全面支持。In order to meet panoramic simulation demand for complex grid, considers comprehen- sively the planning and operation characteristic of the area transmission and distribution power grid, based on the technology and idea of ' cloud computing', aiming at the business application of different specialtys and departments, using application architecture of resource sharing, collaborative mainte- nance, develops the panoramic simulation test platform of scene setting as the core for transmission and distribution power grid. The application result shows that based on business application demand constructed Power System Business Cloud (PSSB-C) can on-line and efficiently satisfy panoramic simulation demand of different application departments, the panoramic simulation test platform has entirely realized supporting for great planning and great operation system.
