摘 要:本次试验对毛织物的结构参数进行了分析,研究织物的悬垂性能与其结构参数之间的关系,并运用SPSS统计分析软件对织物的结构参数和服用性能指标的相关性作了回归分析,建立了织物服用性能与结构参数之间的数学模型。结果表明:影响织物悬垂性能的结构参数依次是纱线线密度、厚度、紧度及面密度。织物悬垂性能与其结构参数的关系可用y=35.087+0.336x表示。其中,y为悬垂系数,x为纱线线密度。可见纱线线密度对织物的悬垂性起了主要的作用。The paper studied the relationship between the draping property of the wool fabric and its structural parameters by analyzing the structural parameters, and established the mathematical model between the wearing characteristics and the structural parameters of fabric using SPSS statistical analysis software to make a regression analysis on the correlation of the structural parameters and the wearing characteristics indicators of the fabric. The results show that the structural parameters affecting the draping property of the fabric in turn are yarn linear density, thickness, tightness and the surface density. The relationship between the draping property of the fabric and its structural parameters can be expressed by y = 35.087+0.336x, y for the draping property, x for the yarn linear density. It is obvious that the yarn linear density plays a more major role on the draping property of the fabric.
