摘　　要："卓越技能型人才培养模式创新实验区"建设以示范建设为依托,积极探索校企双主体合作育人体制机制,科学编制校企双主体模式下新的专业人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,校企互补,改善专业教学条件,在培养形式、教学改革和运行管理等方面取得了初步的突破,为培养高素质技术技能人才创设了良好环境。The construction of the extraordinary talent training mode innovative pilot district is based on demonstration construction, actively explores the cooperative training mechanics of institutes and enterprises, scientifically lays out new talent training plan, strengthens the construction of teacher teamwork, improves the teaching institutions, makes the initial breakthrough in the aspects of training forms, teaching reformation and management, and creates the good environment where the qualified high-skilled talents can be trained.
