摘  要:竞争力是企业存在于市场,决胜于市场的内在因素。文章在构建了家电零售连锁企业竞争力指标体系之后,以国美集团为例对其竞争力进行了评价,针对其存在的问题,提出国美可通过线上线下齐头并进扩大销售规模、利用第三方物流增强企业配送服务能力、加强品牌的建设与维护、加强信息化建设提高工作效率与服务水平、完善人才培训体系增强创新能力等方式提升企业竞争力。The competitiveness of enterprises is the internal factors existed in the market and win the market. In this paper, after building the index system of the competitiveness of enterprises in the home appliance retail chain, taking GOME group as an example, its competitiveness is evaluated, in view of its existing problems, this paper points out that China's household electrical appliance retail chain enterprises can do many things through the line, such as expansion of sales, enhancing the ability of enterprise distribution service by the third party logistics, strengthening brand construction and maintenance, strengthening the information construction to improve the work efficiency and the service level, perfecting training system and enhancing innovation capability, to promote and cultivate enterprise competitive ability.
