摘　　要：我国十二五规划发展期间,要想实现旅游业快速发展,就必然要加快转变旅游经济发展模式,积极推进旅游产业转型升级与结构优化。在邢台市划归中原经济区后,通过对邢台市旅游业转型升级与结构优化的优势和制约因素进行分析论证,提出只有不断发展旅游资源优势、创新拓展旅游模式、打造区域精品旅游、加强旅游从业人员的培训等,才能有力的推进邢台市旅游产业的转型升级与结构优化,促进邢台市旅游业更好、更快地持续发展。During the period of the 12th Five Year Plan of development of our country, in order to realize the rapid development of the tourism industry, we must speed up the pattern of tourism economic development, actively promote the transformation and upgrading and structure optimization of tourism industry. This thesis analyzes the advantages and constraints of the transformation and upgrading and structural optimization of Xingtai city tourism after Xingtai City has been placed in the Central Plains Economic Region（CPER）, and puts forward the opinion that only by developing the tourism resources, expanding the tourism model, building the regional tourism products and strengthening the training of tourism personnel can we upgrade and optimize the structure of tourism industry in Xingtai City forcefully, and promote the tourism industry in Xingtai city to gain better and faster development.
