摘　　要：如何培养具有较强创新能力的新型医学人才,是现代医学教学和人才培养必须高度重视和重点研究的问题。在生理学教学中通过构建全新教学理念,引入生理科学史教学,积极推行启发式教学,将理论知识传授与临床实践密切相结合,深化生理实验教学改革,是加强医学生创新能力培养的重要途径和有效方法。How to strengthen the cultivation of new high quality medical talents with innovation ability is issue that modem medical teaching and personnel training must attach great importance to and focused research in. Construct a new teaching idea and introduce history of physiology in teaching to combine the theory knowledge and clinical practice, and to deepen the reform of physical experimental teaching. That has good effects on strengthening the cultivation of medical students＇ innovative ability.
