摘　　要：非物质文化遗产作为珍贵的、具有重要价值的文化资源,应当进行全方位的保护。在所有的保护措施中,行政保护是最重要的一种手段,政府应当发挥重要作用。尽管山西省政府在保护工作中取得了很多成就,但也存在一些问题。建议通过完善相关法律法规,积极引导、发动民间合力;加强宣传,防止"保护性破坏"、"生产性破坏"等措施的实施,实现非物质文化遗产的保护与长效发展。Intangible cultural heritage is invaluable culture wealth. Governments play an important role on protec tion work. Although Shanxi provincial government made achievements, there are some problems. This document suggests the sustainable protection by improving relevant laws and regulations, actively guiding civil societies to work together and strengthening publicity to prevent ＂protective destruction＂ and ＂productive destruction＂
