摘　　要：旅游饭店是一个高消费场所,需要耗费大量能源,并产生大量废弃物。在低碳经济背景下,饭店构建绿色企业文化是时代所需,是一种对社会责任的响应,也是饭店可持续发展的需要。旅游饭店构建绿色企业文化必须从建设绿色制度文化、建设绿色精神文化和建设绿色物质文化三个方面实现。Tourist Hotel is a high consumption place, need to consume a lot of energy, and produce a large amount of waste. Under the background of low carbon economy, building green culture in hotel is the need of the time, is a kind of response to social responsibility, and also is the need of sustainable development of the hotel. Building green corporate culture in tourist hotel must be from the following three aspects： the construction of green system, the construction of green culture, the construction of green material culture.
