摘  要:长海医院儿科在住院医师规范化培训中应用以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning, PBL),由高年资主治医师作为教学组长,3~5名住院医师为组员,根据住院医师规范化培养目标,按各系统临床常见病种设置案例。教学结束后问卷调查结果显示,师生对PBL教学满意度、自我评价均达到预期目标,住院医师处理临床问题的能力明显进步。Problem-based learning (PBL)was used in resident standardized training in depart-ment of pediatrics of Changhai Hospital. Attending doctors with authority were taken as leaders teach-ing group and 3-5 resident doctors as team members. Cases were set up according to the targets of resident standardization training and common clinical diseases in each system. According to the results of the questionnaire after the teaching , both teachers and students were satisfied with the teaching effect and expected targets were reached. Residents made great progress in handling clinical problems.
