摘　　要：广西北部湾港是中国—东盟海上互联互通的前沿和门户,特别是在政策、区位、技术、贸易乃至物流的强劲驱动下,建设区域性国际航运中心呼之跃出。结合国内外国际航运中心发展经验,在系统分析广西北部湾港建设区域性国际航运中心的基本条件与优势、存在的主要问题等基础上,提出了建设区域性国际航运中心的对策建议。Guangxi Beibu Gulf is the gateway improving about maritime connectivity of China-ASEAN. Driven by the advan- tages of policy, location, technology, trade and logistics, it plays an important role in constructing a regionalized international shipping center. After the research on shipping centers＇ developments, both home and abroad, as well as the systematic analysis on the basic condition, advantages and the main problems which exist in the construction of a regionalized international shipping center in harbour district of Guangxi Beihu Gulf, this paper puts forward the solutions and suggestions about constructing the re- gionalized international shipping center.
