摘　　要：完全学分制是当前高校发展改革的趋势,它的试点与推广使高校共青团工作面临着新的挑战。面对新的形势,高校共青团应该从基层组织建设、团干部思想、高校社团、社会实践、就业创业、团员评价体系等各方面进行改革创新,以适应学分制的要求,并促进共青团事业取得新的发展。Complete credit system is the development trend of the current reform in Colleges and Universities,The pilot and promotion makes the work of University Communist Youth League facing new challenges.Facing the new situation,University Communist Youth League should reform and innovation in all aspects of grass-roots organizations,group cadre thought,organization,social practice,employment and entrepreneurship,evaluation system of members,in order to adapt to the demands of the credit system, and promote the undertakings made new development.
