摘　　要：学术出版大众化是我国经济社会发展和文化进步的必然结果和要求。讨论了学术出版大众化的基本要求,从学术出版的属性、历史任务和发展规律等角度,探讨了我国学术出版大众化的路径和环境建设。Popularization of academic publishing is the inevitable resuh and requirements of China＇s economic and social development and cultural progress. The paper discusses the popularization concept and characteristics of academic publishing, and analyzes its background and the main reasons. From the perspectives of academic publishing, historical mission and the law of development, the paper explores the goal of popularizing academic publishing, its paths and environment construction.
