新形势下电气工程及自动化专业人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：党的十八大报告对高等教育提出新的要求,即推动高等教育内涵式发展,高等教育从规模扩张到内涵式发展,势必要求高校必须改革以往的传统人才培养模式。因此,从优化课程体系建设、实践教学环节设计、创新教学方式、实行学分制管理、改革教学评价体系、建立科学的考核体系、实现高校与企业的双赢等七个方面入手,拟探究一种新的人才培养模式,以适应社会发展对电气工程及自动化专业人才的需求。The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC urges the connotation development of higher education. To realize the development of higher education from scale expansion to connotation, colleges and universities must reform the previous traditional talent training mode. The paper proposes a new mode in talent training to adapt to the social demand for professional talents in electrical engineering and automation from seven aspects- - - the optimization of curriculum system construction, practice teaching design, innovative teaching methods, credit system management, reformation of teaching evaluation system, establishment of scientific evaluation system and realization of win - win situation of colleges and universities and enterprises.
