摘　　要：高等学校是培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要基地。加强高校大学生党建工作创新,把发展学生党员、提高学生素质、培养合格人才有机结合起来,把更多的优秀人才集聚在党的周围,对推进新时期党的建设新的伟大工程有着重要意义。Institutions of higher learning are important bases to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To strengthen the innovation of college students＇ party construction work, and to combine the development of student party members, the improvement of the students＇ quality, and the euhivation of qualified talents, so as to aggregate more excellent talents around the party is of great significance in advancing the new great project of party building in the new period.
