基于FIX组态软件的某监控系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,丙烯腈催化剂的生产已经成为我国工业生产的重要部分。本文针对其生产工艺提出了监控系统的总体设计方案,完成了基于FIX软件的上位机组态以及各种监控画面的设计,如流程画面、监控画面、报警画面等,实现了人机交互、远程监控的功能。最后对系统进行调试,调试结果表明本控制系统运行稳定、安全可靠、具有良好的人机界面,具有一定的应用价值。With the continuous development of our economy, the production of acrylonitrile catalyst has become an important part of industrial production in China. This paper introduced the design of the industrial control computer system software, completed the upper unit state and the characteristics of various monitoring picture design, such as flow, monitor screen, alarm screen, etc, realized the function of man-machine interaction, remote monitoring based on FIX software. Finally, the system is debugged. Debugging results show that the control system is reliable, stable, safe and reliable, has good man-machine interface, and has certain application value.
