对后福岛时代我国辐射环境监测的建议

摘　　要：概述了日本福岛核事故期间,日本和我国的辐射环境应急监测及结果,分析了我国在本次应急监测中暴露出的问题,提出对后福岛时代我国辐射环境监测的几点建议,主要包括完善辐射环境监测网络布点;完善核应急预案、监测方法和标准体系;提高省、市二级核应急响应能力;发展快速移动监测能力;完善信息汇总与发布系统。This paper summaries the environmental radiation emergency monitoring and related results carried out by China and Japan during the Fukushima accident, analyses the problems emerged in the emergency monitoring radiation in China, provides some suggestions about the radiation environmental monitoring in the post-Fukushima era that including improving the distribution of Radiation Environmental Monitoring Network, optimizing emergency plan, monitoring methods and standard system, enhancing provincial and municipal emergency capacity , developing fast moving monitoring capacity, perfecting information aggregation and issue system.
