摘　　要：介绍华能国际电力股份有限公司上安电厂锅炉受热面爆管事故情况,从外观检测、现场检查、试验分析等三方面分析事故原因,认为高温过热器超温过热、异物堵塞是爆管的主要原因,并提出防止受热面爆管的防范措施。This paper introduces the boiler heating surface burst Huaneg Power International Inc Shangan Power Plant , analyzes the causes from three aspects of appearance detec-tion ,site-detection ,test analysis ,considers that the main rea-sons are over-heating of high temperature super-heaterand foreign matter blockage ,advances the countermeasures .
