黄贝平甲胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进症患者甲功及T淋巴细胞亚群的作用

摘　　要：目的　了解黄贝平甲胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进症患者的作用 .方法　将 10 5例患者随机分为中药 +他巴唑组和他巴唑组 .采用放射免疫法和间接免疫荧光法分别测定甲状腺激素和 T淋巴细胞亚群 .结果　中药 +他巴唑组比他巴唑组明显降低甲状腺激素水平 (P<0 .0 1) ,改善甲状腺大小 ,调节T淋巴细胞亚群比例 (P<0 .0 1) .结论　黄贝平甲胶囊可作为甲状腺功能亢进症患者治疗措施之一 .AIM To study the association of Huangbei Pinjia capsule with distribution of T-lymphocyte subpopulation and the thyroidism in patients with hyperthyroidism. METHODS One hundred-fifty patients were divided randomly into two groups: T-lymphocyte subpopulation and thyroidism levels in 55 hyperthyroidism with Huangbei Pinjia capsule and methimazole (MMI) treatment and 50 hyperthyroidism with MMI treatment. RESULTS Huangbei Pinjia capsule and MMI treatment groups were better than MMI treatment groups. CONCLUSION Huangbei Pinjia capsule is one way of the best treatments for hyperthyroidism patients.
