摘  要:[目的]了解山东省不同地区三级综合医院护理人力资源配置现状,探讨相应的管理对策。[方法]根据山东省统计年鉴中17地市GDP情况的排名,选取具有代表性的3个市6家三级综合医院进行调研。[结果]3个市的6家三级医院中护理人力资源总量相对不足,队伍结构欠合理,高学历、高职称人才欠缺。[结论]山东省三级医院护理人力资源存在短缺现状,且不同地市与级别的医院存在差异。Objective To know nursing human resource allocation status in tertiary hospitals in different regions of Shandong province so as to discuss corresponding management countermeasures. Methods Chose and investigated representative 3 cities, 6 tertiary hospitals according to 17 cities in GDP ranking in Shandong statistical yearbook. Results The volume dose of nursing human resources in these hospitals were shortage, troops structure was unreasonable, and shortage of highly educated and highly technical post tittle talents. Conclusions Nursing human resources was shortage in tertiary hospitals in Shandong province. There was differences in different cities and hospitals.
