摘 要:目的:分析截止至2013年8月利奈唑胺对奴卡菌属感染方面的应用相关文献,为抗感染工作领域研究者提供参考。方法:检索PubMed,SCI,Embase,中国知网等数据库,采用文献计量学方法,对纳入文献的年代、通讯作者、文章类型、研究内容、被引文频次等进行统计分析。结果:文献共349篇,符合要求163篇。文献量总体呈现上升趋势,主要文章类型为病例报告77篇,占总体文献数量的49.68%。其中,共有27例以利奈唑胺治疗奴卡菌属感染患者。单篇文章被引频次最高为101次,研究内容分析包括奴卡菌属感染危险因素,临床表现及诊断,治疗现状及利奈唑胺的治疗效果等。结论:目前,利奈唑胺对奴卡菌属感染的应用效果主要体现在病例报告中,还需高质量的随机对照临床试验确证其治疗效果。Objective: To investigate the treatment with linezolid for nocardia infection over 2013 based on a bibiometric approach. Methods: We searched PubMed, SCI, Embase, and CNKI. The amount of year, corre- sponding authors and research institutions, types of literature, contents and cited frequency were analyzed. Re- suits: From a total of 349 papers, 163 papers were included. The number of papers published showed an overall upward trend, and 77 case reports (49.68%) in the papers were the main type of literature. There were 27 reports of nocardia infection treated with linezolid. The highest cited frequency of paper was 101. The papers described cause of infection, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment status and efficacy of linezolid. Conclusion: The effect of linezolid for nocardia infection is suggested by cal trials are necessary to confirm its therapeutic effect case reports. Now, high quality randomized controlled clini-
