氯沙坦钾对心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氯沙坦钾治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及其对患者心功能的影响。方法根据随机数字表将105例确诊为CHF的患者分为观察组53例及对照组52例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予氯沙坦钾治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及心功能改善情况。结果观察组NYHAⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的总有效率分别为94.45%、82.35%和88.89%,对照组NYHAⅠ级的总有效率为70.59%、Ⅱ级为63.16%和Ⅲ级为68.75%,观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后西雅图心绞痛评分及其各维度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后LVMI、LVEDd显著低于对照组,而EF、E峰则高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾能有效缓解CHF患者心绞痛症状,改善患者心功能,患者耐受性好,有利于提高患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of losartan potassium on chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 105 patients wiht CNF were divided into observation group （n=53）and control group （n=52）. Control group accepted conventional treatment and observation group accepted losartan potassium on the bases of the control group. The clinical efficacy and cardiac function of two groups were compared. Results The rate of NYHA Ⅰ （ 94.45%）, NYHA Ⅱ （82.35%）, NYHA Ⅲ （88.89%） were higher than that in the control group （70.59%, 63.16% and 68. 75%） （P〈 0.05）. The SAQ of observation group were higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The LVMI, LVEDd of ob- servation group were lower than that of the control group, while the EF, E peak were higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Losartan potassium can effectively relieve angina symptoms in patients with CHF and im- prove cardiac function and patient tolerance.
