摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液对原发性高血压患者血管弹性的影响。方法回顾性分析我院收治的72例原发性高血压患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各36例,其中对照组患者给予依那普利等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后血管弹性指标僵硬度指数(β)、脉压差(PP)、动脉扩张性(AD)。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.78%(P<0.05);治疗组显效率为61.11%,对照组显效率为50.00%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者的β、PP均显著低于对照组,AD显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗原发性高血压,能显著降低血管僵硬度指数和脉压差,增加动脉扩张性,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on elasticity of blood vessels in patients with essential hypertension influence. Methods 72 patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with enalapril and other conventional treatment and the treatment group with Danhong injection and the treatment of the control group. The vascular elasticity index and stiffness index （β）, pulse pressure （PP） and arterial dis- tensibility （AD） were obseved. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （78. 78%）. Theβ and PP of treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The Ad of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Danshen injection treatment of hypertension can significantly reduce vascular stiffness index and pressure and increase arterial distensibility.
