骨科术前切口皮肤聚维酮碘预消毒方法的护理研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨骨科术前切口皮肤的有效消毒方法.方法：选择2012年3月～2013年3月我院400例骨科手术患者,随机等分为试验组和对照组.对照组仅以常规方案行消毒铺巾,试验组则以0.5％聚维酮碘药物先进行预消毒.对比两组手术切口有关部位存菌量,不同时间段菌落计数以及术后感染率情况.结果：试验组细菌培养后除菌率为99％,高于对照组的93％,差异具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.试验组和对照组在使用不同消毒方案后菌落计数均明显降低,但试验组抑菌效果的术中维持时间为（1.8±0.2）h长于对照组的（0.9±0.3）h,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.试验组术后感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：骨科手术前对患者切口皮肤以0.5％的聚维酮碘药物实施预消毒,能够明显减少区域存菌量和菌落计数,同时还可降低感染率,效果显著,值得临床推荐.Objective： To study nursing research of skin incision disinfection methods before orthopedic operation. Method： From March 2012 to March 2013, 400 cases of orthopedic surgery patients in our hospital were digital randomly divided into experimental group with 200 cases and control group with 200 cases. The control group was treated only with the conventional sterilization shop towel, while the experimental group was treated with 0. 5% povidone - iodine disinfection drugs for pre - sterilized, compared two groups of surgical incision site＇s amount of bacteria and in different period＇s colony counts and postoperative infection rates. Results： The experimental group after bacterial culture＇s bacterial clearance rate was 99%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 93 % ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The experimental group and control group after used different disinfection methods, colony count were significantly reduced, but the inhibitory effect of the experimental group to maintain intraoperative time was （ 1.8 ± 0.2 ） h, which was significantly longer than the control group of （0.9 ± 0. 3 ） h, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The experimental group post- operative infection rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Before orthopedic surgery for patients＇ incision skin used 0.5% povidone -iodine drugs to disinfect, can significantly reduce the amount of bacteria and colony counting, while also re- duce infection rates, the effect is significant, worthy of recommendation.
