摘　　要：目的：探讨婴幼儿开腹手术围术期低体温的防护措施.方法：选取我院2009年5月～2012年3月收治的106例行开腹手术治疗的患儿为研究对象,回顾性分析围术期低体温护理措施.结果：106例婴幼儿患者中有39例出现低体温,发生率为36.79％.术中平均体温为（37.01±0.14）℃,术后平均体温为（36.91±0.15）℃.术后无1例患者出现寒战、苏醒延迟等现象,有4例患者出现轻微躁动.结论：婴幼儿开腹手术围术期低体温的发生率比较高,采用合理的护理措施有助于帮助患儿体温恢复正常,减少低体温带来的其他并发症,有利于手术的顺利实施,建议在临床上大力推广使用.Objective：To investigate the nursing measures for perioperative hypothermia in infants with laparotomy. Methods： 106 infants with laparotomy from May 2009 to March 2012 were involved in this study,the incidency of preoperative hypothermia and nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results：There were 39 cases in 106 infants who suffered from hypothermia, the incidence rate was 36.79%, the average body temperature dur- ing operation was （ 37.01 ＋ 0.14） ℃ , after operation it was （ 36.91 3= 0, 15 ） ℃. There was no case with postoperative chills, delayed awakening,4 eases ap- peared postoperative mild agitation. Canculuslan： The incidence of perioperative hypothermia in infant with laparotomy is high, adopting the reasonable nursing measures will help children with body temperature retumod to normal, reduce other complications, the reasonable nursing measures is recommended to use in clinical situation.
