摘　　要：目的:探讨神经外科一次性物品管理应用目视管理的效果。方法:采用目视管理模式的颜色、标识、看板等方法对一次性物品进行规范化管理。结果:实施目视管理后,一次性物品准备齐全,摆放有序。护理人员工作效率提高,医护人员对工作环境满意度提升。结论:目视管理形象直观,具有简单、实用、合理、高效的管理特点。在科室一次性物品管理中应用目视管理,方便临床护士工作,提高工作效率。Objective ：To investigate the effect of visual management in the department of neurosurgery of disposable goods management. Methods ： We used the visual management mode to color, logo, signage and other methods in the standardized management of disposable items. Results： the implementation of visual management, prepares disposable items well, places in an orderly manner, improves the efficiency of nursing staff and improves staff satisfaction of the working environment. Conclusion：visual management is visualpattem, with the characteristics of simple, practicality, rational management, efficient. Application of visual management disposable items, can convenient clinical nurses＇work and improve work efficiency in the department of neurosurgery.
