摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA模式在胃肠镜检查中护理风险控制的应用效果。方法:针对胃肠镜检查中潜在的护理风险,运用PDCA循环法对存在的问题进行分析与质量控制,制定有效的预防措施,并持续改进。结果:实施PDCA模式控制护理风险后,消化内镜科的岗位管理、护理安全、消毒隔离及仪器器械、患者满意度等评分均较实施前上升,护理投诉和护理差错较实施前减少,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施PDCA循环模式能有效控制消化内镜检查中的护理风险,保证了护理质量和患者医疗安全,是降低胃肠镜检查中护理风险的有效管理途径。Objective ： To explore the application effect of PDCA model of nursing risk control in gastrointestinal endoscopy, to avoid the occurrence of nurs- ing risk. Methods：The potential nursing risks in gastrointestinal endoscopic examination, by using the PDCA analysis and quality control on the existing problems, the development of effective preventive measures, and continuous improvement. Results： The implementation of PDCA mode control of nursing risk, post management, nursing safety, digestive endoscope disinfection and isolation and instrument, patient satisfaction scores were increased than before the implementation, nursing complaint and nursing errors were less than before, there were statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The implemen- tation of PDCA cycle model to nursing risk effective control of gastrointestinal endoscopy, ensure the quality of care and patient safety, is the effective way of management to reduce nursing risks in gastrointestinal endoscopic examination.
