摘  要:目的:探讨三维DSA在血管变异条件下行PICC置入的新方法.方法:选择2013年8~9月行PICC置管受阻患者12例,在X线透视下应用三维DSA技术判断患者血管条件并且引导PICC至理想位置.结果:对PICC置管受阻的12例患者在采用三维DSA后,11例患者准确判断血管条件并成功置入PICC,1例锁骨下静脉闭锁患者建议植入输液港,均顺利完成全程化疗.结论:三维DSA可有效提高异常血管PICC置入的成功率,值得临床应用.Objective :To explore a new method of PICC placement in conditions of vascular variation by three - dimensional DSA. Methods : Used three - di- mensional DSA technique in X -ray fluoroscopy to judge patients'vascular conditions and guide PICC to the ideal location. Resuhs:12 cases of PICC tube were blocked in the three - dimensional DSA, 11 patients with vascular conditions accurately and successful implantation of the PICC, 1 case of subclavian vein atresia patients suggested that implanted infusion tube, all were successfully completed the chemotherapy. Conclusion: Three -dimensional DSA can ef- fectively increase the success rate of PICC placement in abnormal blood vessels, and it is worthy for clinical application.
