摘 要:目的 探讨不同碘水平区儿童智商(IQ)与微量元素(TE)的关系。方法 分别对缺碘区、高碘区及适碘区部分学龄儿童进行IQ及发中TE含量的测定,并对儿童IQ与发中TE的关系进行相关分析。结果①缺碘区儿童的平均IQ及发中微量元素Zn、Cr、Mn、K明显低于适碘区(P<0.01)。相关分析:IQ与Zn、Cr呈正相关。②高碘区儿童的平均IQ低于适碘区(P>0.05),发中微量元素Zn、Cr、K明显低于适碘区(P<0.01)。相关分析:IQ与Cr呈正相关。③适碘区儿童的平均IQ与TE相关分析:IQ与Zn、K呈正相关,与Cd呈负相关。结论 儿童IQ除受碘元素影响外,还可能与微量元素Zn、Cr、Mn、Cd等有关。Objective To find the relationship between the children's intelligence quotient(IQ) and the trace elements(TE) in different iodine areas. Methods The children's IQ and TE in their hair were determined separately in the lack, high and normal iodine areas. The relative analysis was studied between IQ and TE. Results ① In iodine deficiency area the children's average IQ and the trace elements Zn, Cr, Mn, K in their hair were obviously lower than those in the normal area(P < 0.01). The relative analysis: the children's IQ and their hair - Zn, Cr were positive correlation. ②In high iodine area the children's average IQ was slightly lower and their hair - Zn, Cr, K were obviously lower than those determined in the normal area(P < 0. 01 ). The relative analysis: the children's IQ and their hair——Cr was positive correlation. ③In normal iodine area the children's IQ was positive related to their hair——Zn, K and negative related to their hair -Cd. Conclusion Besides iodine, the children's hair - Zn, Cr, Mn, Cd may be affect their intelligence quotient.
