摘 要:目的研究用三甲基氯化锡(TMT-Cl)引发低血钾症动物模型的方法。方法给SD大鼠腹腔注射TMT-CI,观察其半数致死剂量(LD50)以及血钾、血钠、血氯水平与TMT-CI的剂量和染毒时间的关系。结果TMT-CI的LD50为14.7 mg/kg。随着剂量的增加,血钾水平显著下降,死亡明显加快;10 mg/kg组血钾随着染毒时间增加而不断下降,至第6d达到最低为 4.85mmol/L,第 11d开始回升,但需到 28 d后才恢复至正常水平。血钾下降的速度及程度与中毒表现有关。染毒后0.5h动物血钠水平也明显下降,但24h后均恢复正常。结论采用TMT-CI可以制作大鼠低血钾症动物模型。Objective To study the methods in establishing hypokalemia animal model by trimethyltin chloride (TMT-CI). Methods SD rats were treated with TMT-CI (ip). The main measurements include the LD50, plasma K+, Na+, CI- levels, the dose effect and trime effect of TMT-CI. Results The LD50 of TMT-CI (ip ) was 14 .7 mg/kg. With the increasing of the dosage, the plasma K+ level dropped rapidly and then, the death outcome was caused by quickly. In the low dosage group (10 mg/kg), the plasma K+ level dropped slowly. The lowest plasma K+ level (4. 85 mmol/L) was detected in day 6. The plasma K+ level raised again in day 11, and restored in day 28. It was obvious that poison symptoms were corresponded with the speed and the span of K+ level decline. The plasma Na+ level also dropped at 0 .5 h after TMT-CI treatment, but it recovered 24 h later. Conclusion Trimethyltin chloride could establish hypokalemia model in SD rats.
