摘 要:从黑龙江、浙江、广西3个稻区内采集稻瘟病样品,分离得到144个菌株。对其中的89个菌株进行了生理小种鉴定,将它们分成7群35个生理小种。结果表明,ZB、ZA、ZC和ZE种群出现频率分别为50.56%、22.47%、12.36%和7.86%,ZD、ZF和ZG种群频率均为2.25%。优势生理小种为ZB15和ZB1,出现频率分别为12.36%和6.74%。黑龙江优势生理小种是ZB1和ZE1,出现频率均为12.5%;浙江优势生理小种是ZB15和ZB9,频率分别达到19.15%和10.64%;广西优势生理小种为ZA11、ZA7和ZA15,出现频率分别达到16.67%,11.11%和11.11%。使用UPGMA方法对3个稻区内分离的144个稻瘟病菌进行遗传多样性分析,在0.83的相似水平可划分为7个遗传宗谱。其中宗谱I为优势宗谱,占所有菌株比例的74.31%。黑龙江和浙江稻瘟菌株划分为多个宗谱,且存在特异性宗谱,广西菌株全部归为宗谱I。One hundred and forty-four isolates of Magnaporthe grisea were isolated from the samples of rice blast which were collected from rice growing regions of Heilongjiang,Zhejiang,Guangxi.Of which 89 isolates had the identification of physiological race and were distributed to 7 groups and 35 physiological races.The result showed that the populations frequency of ZB,ZA,ZC and ZE were 50.56 %,22.47 %,12.36 % and 7.86 %,respectively,and the frequency ofZD,ZF and ZG were 2.25 % as well.The predominant races were ZB15 and ZB1,which accounted for 12.36 % and 6.74 % of all the tested isolates,respectively.The predominant races in Heilongjiang were ZB1 and ZE1 with the same frequency of 12.5 %,while in Zhejiang the predominant races were ZB15 and ZB9 with the frequency of 19.15 % and 10.64 %,respectively,and the predominant races in Guangxi were ZA11,ZA7 and ZA15 with 16.67 %,1 1.11% and 11.11%,respectively.The genetic diversity of 144 isolates of M.grisea isolated from three rice growing areas was analyzed aceording to UPGMA (unweighted pair group method with arithmetic average).All isolates could be classified into seven genetic linesgee at 0.83 levd of the genetic similarity,of which the genealogy I was the predominant with rates of 74.31%.Isolates of Heilongjiang and Zhejiang were divided into multiple genealogy and specific lineages existed,while all isolates from Guangxi belonged to genealogy I.
