摘  要:为探明不同Pb浓度胁迫下,不同氮肥形态及施用量对中药材日本毛连菜吸收Pb能力、土壤中各形态Pb含量及土壤pH的影响,本文开展了2种浓度Pb胁迫下2种氮肥形态不同施用量对日本毛连菜吸收Pb调节的盆栽试验研究。结果表明:低浓度Pb胁迫时,日本毛连菜中Pb含量随铵态氮施用量增加呈上升趋势,随硝态氮施用量增加呈先上升后下降趋势;高浓度Pb胁迫时,日本毛连菜中Pb含量随2种形态氮肥施用量增加呈先上升后下降趋势;当硝态氮肥施用量≥200 mg·kg-1时可有效减少日本毛连菜中Pb含量。不同浓度Pb胁迫时,施用铵态氮肥土壤中交换态Pb随氮施用量增加呈逐渐升高趋势,施用硝态氮肥则表现随氮施用量增加而降低趋势,而施用铵态氮肥土壤中交换态Pb明显高于施用硝态氮肥。相同Pb浓度胁迫下施用铵态氮肥时土壤pH值随氮施用量增加逐渐下降,施用硝态氮肥时土壤pH呈总体上升趋势;而在同一施氮水平和同一浓度Pb胁迫下,施用铵态氮肥土壤pH值均低于施用硝态氮肥。因此,为安全种植日本毛连菜,建议适当增加硝态氮肥施用量,以有效减少日本毛连菜各器官中Pb含量、稳定土壤pH值和减少壤中交换态Pb含量。In order to investigate the effects of different nitrogen forms (NH4+-N and NO3--N) and application on Chinese medicinal of Picris japonica Thunb.accumulation capacity for Pb and different forms Pb in soil and soil pH when under different Pb concentration stress,the pot experiments of 2 nitrogen forms and 5 applications and under 2 Pb concentrations stress on picris japonica Thunb.accumulation Pb were carried out in this paper.The results indicated that,under low concentration of Pb atlss (500 mg· kg-1),the Pb accumulation of Picris japonica Thunb.in different organs,such as root,stem and leaf presented ascendant trend with NH4+-N fertilizer application was increased.However,the Pb accumulation in different organs of Picris japonim Thunb.,was in high level firstly and then decreased with NO3--N fertilizer application was increased Under high concentration of Pb stress (2000 mg · kg-1),the Pb accumulation in Picris japonica Thunb.was in high level firstly and then decreased with 2 nitrogen forms application was increased.When the application of NO3--N fertilizer ≥200 mg · kg-1 under 2 concentration of Pb strOs,it could effectively reduce Ph concenmtion in different organs of Picris japonica Thunb.Under different concentration of Pb stress,the overall exchangeable Pb increased gradually with the increasing of NH4+-N fertilizer application,the opposite trend appeared when NOr-N fertilizer was used.In the same concentration of Pb strew,NH4+-N fertilizer could reduce soil pH in contrast to the CK.But when NO3--N fertilizer was used,there was a rising trend of soil pH comparing to the CK.Therefore,it was suggested that the application of NO3--N fertilizer should be moderately incnased to reduce Pb accumulation of Picris japonica Thunb,stabilize soil' s pH,and decrease soil' s exchangeable Pb content.
