摘  要:以黄顶菊幼苗刚好完全展开的第1~5位叶片为试验材料,研究叶片显微结构、羧化酶活性变化规律,探讨黄顶菊不同叶位叶片的光合碳同化特性.结果表明:黄顶菊第1~5位叶均具有花环结构,PEPC/Rubisco活力比值均大于1,但随着叶位的上升,维管束鞘细胞和叶肉细胞内的叶绿体含量逐渐增多,花环结构逐渐完善,PEPC/Rubisco活力比值也逐渐增大,表明黄顶菊不同叶位叶片均运行C4光合途径,但随着叶位的上升C4光合能力逐渐增强.Flaveria Bidentis leaves at position 1-5 were taken as materials to study the characteristics of carbon assimilation of different leaf position of F.bidentis.The results showed that:there were kranz anatomy in F.bidentis leaves at position 1-5 and the specific value of PEPC/Rubisco were greater than 1,but the chloroplast content in BSC and MC increased with degrees.The kranz structure was more completive and the specific value of PEPC/Rubisco gradually increased with the rice of leaf position.The conclusion was drawn that F.bidentis leaves at position 1-5 run C4 photosynthesis pathway,but photosynthetic capacity enhanced gradually with the rise of leaf position.
