摘 要:将非洲菊组培增殖苗增殖倍数在2~4倍的丛生芽切成单株进行无土扦插,研究植物生长调节剂和基质对非洲菊组培增殖苗瓶外扦插生根的影响.结果表明,透气性较好、电导率相对较低、偏酸性的基质有利于非洲菊瓶外扦插苗的成活和生根,非洲菊组培增殖苗在5种基质中,以珍珠岩:泥炭的体积比为3∶1的基质上生根效果最好,生根率达89%;4种植物生长调节剂处理非洲菊扦插苗基部,以800 mg/L IBA溶液处理的生根效果最好,生根率达90%.The clusters buds of gerbera,its proliferation multiples was 2 to 4 times,which was cut into single bud for soilless cultivation,then the effect of different substrate and plant growth regulators on bud rooting was tested in this paper.The results showed that better breathability,relatively low conductivity,acidic substrate were conducive to survival and rooting of the gerbera seedlings.The volume ratio of perlite∶ peat for 3∶1 had the highest rooting rate which was 89 % among 5 kinds of substrate,and the 800 mg/L IBA had the highest rooting rate which was 90 % among 4 kinds of plant growth regulators.
