摘 要:本文比较不同栽培基质灵芝及不同灵芝菌株多糖、三萜化合物含量差异、体外抗氧化活性差异,并分析含量间、抗氧化方法间及抗氧化方法与含量间的相关性。结果表明,不同栽培基质灵芝及不同灵芝菌株间多糖、三萜含量的差异较大,以青杠为栽培基质灵芝粗多糖含量明显低于以厚朴和桑枝为栽培基质灵芝,而在三萜含量方面正好相反;鹿角灵芝的粗多糖含量显著高于其余灵芝菌株,金地灵芝三萜含量最高,多糖和三萜含量间没有显著的相关性。青杠灵芝对3种自由基的清除作用均高于厚朴灵芝和桑枝灵芝,金地灵芝、黑灵芝、日本灵芝对DPPH清除作用显著高于鹿角灵芝、安徽灵芝、圆八灵芝、G1、G4,金地灵芝的对羟自由基清除作用显著高于其他灵芝,G4、鹿角、黑灵芝、G1对超氧阴离子自由基清除作用较高;DPPH与羟自由基方法间达到了显著相关,而DPPH与超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基与超氧阴离子自由基间没有显著的相关性,粗多糖、三萜与不同方法测得的抗氧化能力不呈现相关性。In this paper,the differences of contents of polysaccharide and triterpenoid,the differences of antioxidant activity from Ganoderma lucidum of different culture subsuates and different stains were comparel,and the correlations between contents,antioxidation methods and contents and antioxidation methods were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of polyasccharide and triterpene of different cultivation substrates and strains had obvious difference,the crude polyasccharide content of Ganoderma used Qinggang as cultivation suhstmte was significantly lower than that of Houpo and Sangzhi,but triterpene contents were on the opposite.The crude polysaccharide content of Lujiao Linzhi was significantly higher than that of others,Jindi had the highest content of triterpene,and there was no significant correlation between the polysaccharide contents and triterpene contents.Qinggang Linzhi revealed higher ability to scavenging three feee radical than Houpo Lingzhi and Sangzhi Lingzhi.The scavenging erect of Jindi Linzhi,black Linzhi and Japan Linzhi on DPPH was significantly higher than that of Anhui,Yuanba,G1 and G4,the scavenging effect of Jindi Linzhi on hydroxyl radical was the highest,and G4,Lujiao,black Lingzhi and G1 revealed the highest scavenging capability on superoxide anion radical.There was significant correlation between the DPPH and hydroxyl radical method,but there had no significant correlation between DPPH and superoxide anion radical,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.Active substances and antioxidant activity with different measuring methods had no correlation.
