摘　　要：全国运动会、全国城市运动会与全国体育大会并称为全国三大综合大型体育赛事。全国运动会是规模最大、水平最高的全国竞技体育运动会,而全国体育大会则是以发展非奥运项目、推动全民健身的全国群众体育运动会。通过对全国运动会与全国体育大会的产生背景及性质、赛事运作模式、社会评价等特征进行对比分析,最后提出由全国运动会逐步过渡到全国体育大会是"还原体育本色,回归全民共享"的体育内涵。The National Games, the National Sports Meeting and the National Municipal Athletics Meeting are the largest compre- hensive sports events in China. The National Games are the national largest competitive sports in China, which also represents the highest level, while the National Sports Meeting involves non - Olympic sports events in order to promote the development of national fitness. The comparison and analysis between them includes some features such as background and characteristics, operation mode and social evaluation. The conclusion is that transition from the National Games to the National Sports Meetings is in accordance with the connotation ＂To restore the nature of sports, to return to all people＂.
