摘　　要：国医大师李振华教授精于脾胃病的治疗,其脾胃学术思想对艾滋病临床救治亦有重要的指导作用。艾滋病在病因病机、证候及辨证论治等方面均与中医脾虚证有着密切联系,以脾虚来认识艾滋病发病及其病变过程,重视脾虚在艾滋病不同疾病阶段的作用,将固护中气作为基础进行辨证论治是中医认识、论治艾滋病的重要内容。National Chinese medical master LI Zhen-hua is skilled in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease, and his academic thinking of spleen and stomach has also take an important role in guiding the clinical treatment of HIV/AIDS, AIDS has a closed relationship with spleen deficiency syndrome in pathogenesis, syndromes and differential treatment. It is important content to understand the incidence of HIV/AIDS and disease process with the TCM thinking of spleen deficiency syndrome, and to emphasize on the role of the spleen deficiency in the different stages of the disease, and to protect the qi of spleen and stomach as a basis treatment of HIV/AIDS.
