摘　　要：目的:采用聚类分析探讨不同年龄组咳嗽患者证素特征。方法:收集1 095例以"咳嗽"为主诉的门诊及住院患者,运用聚类分析研究不同年龄组咳嗽患者的证素特征。结果:咳嗽常见病位证素为肺、表、脾、肾、心、肝。痰是各年龄组咳嗽的主要病性。肺贯穿着咳嗽的始终,咳嗽不离于肺,病位表可出现各个年龄段;痰是咳嗽的病理基础,六淫以风、寒、热最多,热占主导地位。结论:不同年龄咳嗽患者,病位病性证素虽然大致相同,但年龄越大,涉及的病位证素与病性证素越多,证素组合越复杂,因此,采取固定的分型进行辨证对青年组的咳嗽具有一定的准确性,但对于中老年人、儿童咳嗽患者有一定的局限性。只有通过证素辨证才能客观、真实、全面反映咳嗽各个年龄组证的特征。Objective： The characteristics of syndrome elements of coughing patients with different ages were analyzed by using cluster analysis. Methods： The information of 1 095 outpatients and inpatients whose chief complaint was ＇cough＇were collected by completing clinical information collection form. Then the syndrome element characteristics of coughing patients of different age groups were analyzed by using cluster analysis. Results： The common disease location syndrome elements of cough were： lung, superficies, spleen, kidney, heart, liver. Phlegm was the main disease nature syndrome element of cough across different age groups. According to disease location table, lung was the main disease location syndrome elements of cough; Phlegm was the pathological basis of cough. The main etiological factors of the six evils was wind, cold and heat, the heat was dominant. Conclusion： Although the syndrome elements of disease location and nature are roughly the same in different ages. The age is older, the more location and nature elements are involved in and the combinations of them are more complex. So using the method of fixed syndrome types to study cough of young has a certain degree of accuracy, but it has limitations for study on aged and children. Only by syndrome element differentiation, the characteristics of all age groups could be objectively, truly and fully reflected.
