芫花外用对豚鼠及大鼠体癣模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芫花外用对豚鼠和大鼠体癣模型的影响。方法:采用须癣毛癣菌菌种接种于皮肤创面感染制作豚鼠和大鼠体癣模型,观察大、中、小剂量芫花水煎液和大、小剂量芫花糊剂组对体癣豚鼠和大鼠治疗前后症状积分、体癣病灶皮肤逆培养及病理组织学的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量芫花水煎液和大、小芫花糊剂均可显著降低体癣症状积分(P<0.01),增高皮肤逆培养转阴率(P<0.01),显著改善体癣的症状及病理变化。结论:芫花外用对豚鼠和大鼠体癣治疗效果显著。Objective： To investigate the effects of external application of Daphne genkwa on tinea corporis model of guinea pig and rat. Methods： Tinea corporis guinea pigs and rats model were established by vaccination trichophyton mentagrophytes in skin wound. Then to observe the effects of high, medium, low dose of Daphne genkwa decoction and high, low dose of Daphne genkwa paste on symptoms integral before and after treatment, the skin lesions inverse culture and the local tissue morphology in tinea corporis guinea pigs and rats model. Results： All the high, medium and low dose of Daphne genkwa decoction and high, low dose of Daphne genkwa paste could remarkably reduce the symptoms integral （P〈0.01）, increase the skin inverse culture turn rate （P〈0.01） and improve the symptoms of tinea corporis and pathological changes. Conclusion： The external application of daphne genkwa has remarkable curative effect on tinea corporis guinea pigs and rats model.
