韦贵康从脾肾论治肺癌骨转移

摘　　要：韦贵康教授认为肺癌骨转移到疾病晚期、病程长、慢性消耗、久病则虚,以肺、脾、肾三脏阴阳两虚为主。据此总结肺癌骨转移的病因病机,认为肺癌骨转移与肺、脾、肾三脏关系密切,由实致虚,因虚致实,也是肺癌骨转移的重要病理变化,从而引起一系列临床症状。在五行学说和辨证论治的基础上,脾土与肺金为母子,虚则补其母,采用培补脾土达到脾肺同治之目的。同时肺金与肾水为母子,采用补肾以达金水相生目的。即采用补益脾肾治疗肺癌骨转移,实为母子同治之法,从肾为先天之本、脾为后天之本,形成了"从脾肾论治肺癌骨转移"的学术思想,取得较好的疗效。Professor WEI Gui-kang thinks of bone metastasis from lung cancer to advanced disease, long course of disease, chronic illness, virtual, lung, spleen, kidney yin and yang deficiency. Based on the theory of the five elements and the syndrome differentiation, the spleen and lung gold for the mother, then fill the empty of its parent, by reinforcing the spleen and the soil to achieve the purpose of spleen and lung tongzhi. At the same time the lung and kidney water as the parent, the kidney was born in Jinshui to. By means of invigorating spleen and kidney in treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer, as the parent Tongzhi method, summarize the spleen and lung gold for the mother, then fill the empty of its parent, by reinforcing the spleen and the soil to achieve the purpose of spleen and lung tongzhi. At the same time the lung and kidney water as the parent, the kidney was born in Jinshui to. By means of invigorating spleen and kidney in treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer, as the parent Tongzhi method, the etiology and pathogenesis of bone metastasis of lung cancer that; bone metastasis of lung cancer and lung, spleen, kidney three dirty close, from the real to virtual, caused by virtual reality, is also the important pathological changes of bone metastasis of lung cancer, which causes a series of clinical symptoms.from the kidney is the congenital foundation, the spleen is acquired,the formation of the ＇on the treatment of lung cancer with bone transfer＇ from the spleen and kidney academic thinking, achieve better results.
