许芝银教授治疗乳腺癌临证思辨特点探析

摘　　要：许芝银教授从事乳腺疾病研究40余年,对该系统疾病的治疗用药积累了丰富经验。笔者介绍许教授治疗乳腺癌的临床经验,分析其辨证思路及立法、处方、用药特点,以供读者借鉴。许教授认为中医药治疗乳腺癌,应当顾护正气,重视扶正抑癌,唯有正气充盛,邪气才不易侵犯机体。将乳腺癌分为围手术、围化疗、围放疗、巩固治疗、姑息治疗等期进行辨证治疗。Professor XU Zhi-yin has been working on breast diseases for more than 40 years, and has accumulated lots of experience on treating these diseases. The author introduced professor XU Zhi-yin＇s experience in treating breast cancer and analyzed the characteristics of his syndrome differentiation way, rule, prescription, characteristics of drug application to provide reference for the readers. Professor XU thought traditional Chinese medicine treatment of breast cancer should be protecting healthy qi and emphasized on ＇reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors＇. Only with exuberant healthy qi, was pathogenic qi not easy to infringe the body. Breast cancer was classified into the peri-operative period, the peri-chemotherapy period, the peri-radiotherapy period, the consolidation and palliative therapy, and so on for syndrome differentiation and treatment.
