摘　　要：武维屏教授是第四批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师,在治疗支气管扩张方面有独特经验,文章从立病名,咳痰咳血类肺痈;辨病机,痰热瘀血贯始终;定治则,通调为目清为纲;论分期,两期(发作期、迁延期)五候为多见4个方面总结武维屏教授经验,并附验案举例。Professor WU Wei-ping is one of the academic experience inheritance advisers of the fourth batch of national old famous herbalist doctors, who has her particular experience on treating bronchiectasis in TCM. Her experience is summed up in this paper from four aspects： name, sputum hemoptysis class pulmonary abscess; pathogenesis, heat phlegm and blood stasis always; rule of treatment, for the purpose of regulating qing gang and stage of bronchiectasis; two periods （episode period and deferment period） five symptoms, in the end one proved case was given as an example.
