摘　　要：基于中国蒙医整骨术蕴含肢体与全身一体、躯体与功能统一、人与自然和谐"天人合一"(含"身心合一")生命自然观,利用现代生理心理、生物力学原理及方法探索其骨折固定,发现:它在自我与自然固定整体观认识和骨结构连续与功能完整固定局部观认识下,在漫长的实践中沉积下了骨折自然、封闭与开放、自我、无遮挡固定理念,结构与受力、运动与功能、生理与心理"动"稳定固定属性,因而固守几何、力学、运动、应力、心态"动"稳定准则。中国蒙医整骨术骨折固定理念、属性及其准则是它传继与沿用至今的根本立足点,更是符合当今骨折固定方法的整体、动态、功能化发展方向。Based on biological naturalism regarding the relationship between man universe （psychosomatic integration） and on harmony between the limbs and the whole body, between body and function, and between man and nature in China＇s traditional Mongolian medicine. We used modern physiopsychological and biomechanical principles and methods to decipher the whole concept of self-awareness and the nature of fixed and bone structure and function of a continuous fixed partial view complete understanding, in the long practice, deposited under the concept of fracture immobilization for natural, sealed, open, self, and no-shelter, and deposited under the ＇dynamic＇ stable fixed property for structure and movement and function, physiological and psychological, therefore, the fracture immobilization sticked to criterion of geometry, mechanics, motion, stress, psychological ＇dynamic＇ stability. Fixed ideas, characteristic and criteria of were not only radical, but also accorded a direction of overall, dynamic, functional for developing the method of fracture immobilization osteopathy in China＇s traditional Mongolian medicine.
