摘 要:目的:研究艾灸对背部黄褐色豚鼠皮肤色素沉着的影响,为其治疗白癜风提供科学依据。方法:8只背部黄褐色毛豚鼠,刮毛器脱去背部4个相离区域黄褐色毛,分别作为空白对照组、艾灸组、NB-UVB照射组、艾灸联合NB-UVB照射组。空白对照组不接受治疗;艾灸组在脱毛区皮肤上3cm处悬灸,采用温和灸补法,每日1次;NB-UVB照射组:NB-UVB照射每周2次,剂量为0.52J/cm2;艾灸联合NB-UVB照射组:艾灸方法同艾灸组,每日1次,并联合NB-UVB照射,照射方法如NB-UVB组,每周2次。疗程:4周。治疗4周后对豚鼠皮肤颜色变化、皮肤结构和组织完整性、黑素合成情况、皮肤c-kit水平进行评价。结果:艾灸可增加背部黄褐色豚鼠皮肤色素沉着,增加豚鼠表皮黑素颗粒含量,并可增加豚鼠表皮c-kit蛋白表达,与NB-UVB联合使用具有增效作用的趋势。结论:艾灸对白癜风应该具有一定治疗作用,很可能通过影响SCF/c-kit信号转导通路发挥作用。Objective: To study on the effects of moxibustion on kin pigment of guinea pigs, to provide an experimental basis for future clinical use of moxibustion in treating vitiligo. Methods: 8 adult guinea pigs with patchy brown fur in back were selected. The hair was shaved from four brown areas on the dorsal skin of each animal. Four areas of each animal were treated respectively as blank control group, moxibustion group, NB-UVB irradiation group, and moxibustion conjunction with NB- UVB irradiation group. Blank control group received no treatment; Moxibustion group were given the moxibustion once a day, 3 cm from the skin, mild moxibustion, reinforcing method; NB-UVB irradiation group were exposed to biweekly sessions of NB- UVB radiation at a dose of 0.52J/cm2; Moxibustion conjunction with NB-UVB irradiation group were given moxibustion and NB-UVB treatment together, the methods of operation as above. After four weeks, skin color changes, skin texture and tissue integrity, melanin synthesis, c-kit level were evaluated. Results: Moxibustion could increase the guinea pig skin pigment, increase the melanin in the basal layer of the epidermis, and increase the guinea pig epidermal expression of c-kit protein. Moxibustion conjunction with NB-UVB showed marked darkening effect of guinea pigs. Conclusion: Moxibustion should have a certain therapeutic effect on vitiligo, and the mechanism might relate to affect the SCF/c-kit signal transduction pathway.
