加味三香汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药加味三香汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀(FB)的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用随机、对照方法研究。笔者收集56例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组给予中药加味三香汤治疗,对照组给予西药桐木缘酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,疗程21d。结果:21d有效率治疗组显著高于对照组(85.7%与57.1%,P<0.05);治疗后两组症状积分均较治疗前显著较少(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);腹围减少程度治疗组与对照组比较无显著性差异。安全性评价两组均无严重不良反应。结论:加味三香汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性腹胀具有良好的疗效及安全性。Objective： To explore the influence of Modified San Xiang Decoction treatment on functional bloating patients with spleen deficiency and sputum dampness stagnancy. Methods： A randomized, contrast study was conducted. 56 cases functional bloating patients with spleen deficiency and sputum dampness were recruited and divided randomly into 2 groups, including treatment group and control group. Treatment group was administered Modified San Xiang Decoction, and control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets. The time is 21 days. Results： The effective rate in treatment was higher than control group after 21 days treatment （85.7% vs 57.1%, P〈0.05）; Symptom score reduced significantly compared with before treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）, and there was statistical difference between two groups （P〈0.05）; No significant difference existed in abdominal girth reduction degree between two groups. Safety evaluation showed no serious adverse reaction happening in both groups. Conclusion： Modified San Xiang Decoction on functional bloating patients with spleen deficiency and sputum dampness stagnancy type is effective, and the adverse effect is very fewer.
