摘　　要：通过调查了解乡村医生收入现状及构成情况,为制订合理的乡村医生补偿政策提供科学依据。在四川省抽取183名乡村医生,利用问卷调查收集其收入情况数据,采用卡方检验和秩和检验等统计分析。调查显示,四川省乡村医生年人均总收入为48 502.1元,年人均从医收入为37 946.1元,从医收入占总收入比例为78.2%。乡村医生药品年人均收入为23 374.8元,医生年人均劳务收入为8 196.4元,年人均获得政府补助资金6 374.9元,分别占从医收入的56.8%,26.1%和17.1%。建议加强基本药物制度落实,适当提高补助水平,稳定乡村医生队伍。To understand the current status and the structure of rural doctors＇ income in Sichuan and to provide information for policy-making, 183 rural doctors were recruited from 153 village-level health clinics. They all completed the face-to- face questionnaires. Chi-square test and rank-sum test were used to analyze the datum. The average total annual income was RMB ￥48 502.1 yuan. Annual health service income was RMB ￥37 946.1 yuan, which accounted for 78.2% of the total annual income. The annual drug income was RMB ￥23 374.8 yuan, annual labor income was RMB ￥8 196.4 yuan, and the annual grant fund from government was RMB ￥6 374.9 yuan, accounting for 56.8%, 26.1% and 17.1% of the health service income respectively. Essential drug system should been strengthen supervision. The government should increase the level of grant.
