摘　　要：人口是社会存在和发展的基础与必要条件,把握人口发展与构建和谐社会的关系至关重要。人口是人与自然和谐的基础,人口数量和人口素质分别影响人与自然的和谐。人口发展是人与社会和谐的根本体现,人口是社会存在和发展的必要条件,人口发展体现一定的社会关系,人口发展影响人与社会的和谐,人口发展是人与人和谐的关系基础。Population is the necessary condition and the basis of social existence and development, and population development is vital to construct various relationships in a harmonious society. This thesis focuses on the analysis of three aspects--man and nature, man and society, man and man, and thus reveals the relationship between popu-lation development and the building of a harmonious society.
